Tuesday, July 20, 2010 - Units from special operations were preparing for their annual water drill at the Randle pool in Southwest as commutations dispatched the high angle rescue assignment to the 14th Street Bridge for an injured worker. Engine 7 arrived on scene to find an injured worker underneath the bridge on a cat walk. Members from special operations come up with the plan to lower two members over the bridge to prepare the lowering of the victim to fire boat 2. The Fire boat transported the victim to awaiting EMS units.
