RESCUE 3 REMOVES 2 PT'S ON EAST CAPITOL STREET Friday, May 28, 2010  - At 2049 Hrs. Rescue 3 was alerted to East Capitol ST. for the motor vehicle accident with people trapped. Engine 27 arrived first an advised that then had 2 people trapped. Rescue 3 arrived and extricated the 2 trapped victims in under 30 minutes.
